Customization of Customer Communication Window

Log in to your ADMIN account on the Customer Login page and click on the Settings > Skin Settings buttons in the left menu bar.

2 ways to change colors:
|
1. Input the hexadecimal codes of colors (e.g. FF8A00) in the fields and click on the Save button.
OR
2. Click on the colored rectangles and simply use the color picker to set the colors. After all colors are set, click on the Save button at the bottom of the list. |

Can I have different color settings for multiple domains?
Yes! You can set different colors not only for multiple websites (Business Edition subscription required) but you can do it even for single web pages by selecting them from the URL drop down menu.

Do you charge extra for these settings for multiple domains?
No, we don't charge any additional fees if you've subscribed for the Business Edition. If you have Standard Edition account, you can have different color settings only for URLs (web pages) on the same (single) domain.

Step 2: Header Images and Logo
|
After you've done with color settings it's time to upload your own header images and own logo that will be displayed to your customers and website visitors.
Click on the Header Images & Logo button (right under the Skin Settings button) in the left menu bar.
By simply uploading your own header images, the default ones will be replaced with them. Images displayed here in the ADMIN executive interface are smaller than the ones appear in the customer chat windows, so please make sure you upload the images in the following sizes:

Can I upload different images and logos for multiple websites?
Yes, you can if you have a Business Edition subscription. In case you subscribed for the Standard Edition you can do it only for single web pages by selecting them from the URL drop down menu. For instance, to the 'Sales' page of your website you can upload sales branded header images, to the 'Support' page support branded ones.

Is there any additonal (hidden) cost of using my own logo?
No, there isn't. Feel free to upload and use your own logo.
